What you will do

• Lead the ES/IT/PT e-commerce team and implement regional merchandising, trading, and growth strategies with global centers of excellence.
• Own the trading plan and P&L, maximizing gross margin, forecast attainment, and profitability across product categories.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock allocation, demand signaling, and inventory availability with cross-functional regional teams.
• Manage promotional calendars, pricing, website discounts, influencer offers, product placement, visibility, and cross-selling across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, sales performance, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Report on sales, customer service KPIs, gross margin, and forecast attainment while leading best-practice and process improvements across DTC teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and a demonstrated record of driving profitability.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for business decisions.
• Experience with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
