Business Development Intern (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Qualify and pitch hirify.global to high-potential sellers to drive onboarding and marketplace growth
• Manage newly activated sellers to maximize GMV and quality performance
• Collaborate with internal teams in quality, logistics, finance, and legal to support sellers
• Research and explore top sellers on competitor platforms with global supply origins
• Develop BD enablement materials and execute mass communication strategies in Chinese and English
• Build and maintain trackers and dashboards to support reporting and BD initiatives

Requirements

• Availability for a 6-month internship
• Fully professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights for decision-making
• Interest in e-commerce and fast-growing startups

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cantonese, French, or German
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, or AI tools
