What you will do

• Develop and implement regional talent and OD strategies aligned with business priorities and global frameworks.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of high-potential leaders.
• Support organizational design, M&A, and change initiatives to enhance agility, performance, and employee engagement.
• Conduct workforce planning and talent reviews using regional analytics and market trends.
• Partner with regional business leads and global Centers of Excellence as a trusted advisor.
• Lead regional execution of succession planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, OD, or HR business partnering.
• Experience in regional leadership roles within matrixed, multi-country environments.
• Proven track record supporting organizational design and cultural transformation.
• Expertise in workforce planning and leveraging talent analytics for actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for stakeholder management across diverse regions.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
