What you will do

• Localize People & Culture strategies and tactics for the Southern Europe region to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Provide expert HR advice on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation periods, and performance management.
• Ensure HR administration, benefits, and policies are compliant with local laws and regulations in Spain and Italy.
• Manage employee relations matters, conducting formal and informal investigations in a consistent and fair manner.
• Drive regional employee engagement initiatives and organize local team events.
• Develop line manager capability through coaching, mentoring, and management development programs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an HR Manager role within a regional scope in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices for Spain and Italy.
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
