What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end company-wide Performance Review cycles and facilitate calibration sessions with C-level stakeholders.
• Drive succession planning strategies and talent mapping to identify key talent and build leadership pipelines.
• Design and maintain clear career pathing frameworks and role expectations across various functions.
• Partner with executive leadership and HRBPs to optimize organizational structure and job architectures as the company scales.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling feedback and driving team performance.
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert for hirify.global’s performance and career pathing software modules.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency and English level C1 or fluent required.
• Solid experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale Performance Review cycles in high-growth environments.
• Experience designing career frameworks, competency models, and organizational structures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills and a data-informed mindset.
