Focus on coaching senior leaders, navigating complex global matrix environments, and ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law.

Location: Hybrid in Seville, Spain (3x per week in office)

What you will do

• Define and deliver People strategy for the MGO team in alignment with global talent philosophy.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees on performance, leadership, and development.
• Drive core talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
• Support organizational design and change management during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
• Manage sensitive employee relations and compliance in partnership with central ER and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with global PBPs and COEs to ensure alignment and consistency across initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leading change.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments using a data-driven approach.
