What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of international PX Heads to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of HR operations.
• Partner with the COO and Country Managers to drive business reviews, gap-spotting, and strategic planning.
• Raise talent density by assessing leadership bench strength and facilitating strategic talent moves.
• Act as the voice of local markets within global PX projects to ensure solutions are practical and prioritized.
• Drive efficiency in local PX teams by tracking productivity and implementing process and technology improvements.
• Maintain disciplined execution of KPIs and operating models across all core markets.

Requirements

• Must be based in a European market (ideally Spain).
• Extensive experience in regional or global HR leadership for at least 1,500 employees.
• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner within a Go-to-Market (GTM) environment.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and build trust with senior business leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect business goals to measurable HR outcomes.
• Relentless focus on execution, meeting deadlines, and holding teams accountable.
