What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide learning initiatives and training programs.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and internal subject matter experts.
• Handle end-to-end operational and compliance processes for FUNDAE.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the company's language training program.
• Maintain and optimize the internal setup of the hirify.global platform to ensure scalable learning data.

Requirements

• Experience in L&D, Talent Development, or HR managing training initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with FUNDAE regulation and administrative management.
• Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Spanish proficiency and English level B2 or higher required.
• Must be located in Barcelona, Spain.
