What you will do
- Originate and develop asset finance, invoice finance, ABL, leasing, hire purchase, term loan, and contract receivables solutions for new and existing CIB clients.
- Build relationships with relationship teams, product specialists, debt advisers, financial institutions, and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Define sales strategies, delivery plans, and business plans for the Asset Finance and wider Trade & Working Capital teams.
- Present structured lending proposals directly to clients, C-suite executives, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
- Enhance and develop the asset finance and working capital product suite, including bespoke structured solutions.
- Prepare product-specific credit applications and collaborate with Product, Delivery, Lending Execution, Coverage, and Risk teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with strong knowledge of asset finance, ABL, corporate finance, and lending structures.
- Proven experience originating, structuring, and completing solutions for large corporate or investment-grade clients.
- Corporate client-facing experience with direct interaction with senior clients and advisers.
- Understanding of general lending requirements for large corporate clients and the ability to work effectively with credit partners.
- Strong business development skills combined with a disciplined risk management approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently to the London office and client premises around the UK.
