What you will do

• Drive post-acquisition stabilization, including insurance and utility setup for new assets.
• Coordinate repairs and capital works to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
• Monitor property-level cash balances and manage liquidity risks.
• Oversee third-party property managers to ensure performance and service standards are met.
• Analyze rental yields, occupancy rates, and tenant risk profiles.
• Partner with Finance and Investment teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely investor distributions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the London office.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in property or asset management.
• Ability to manage multiple international markets and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial tracking, rent collection monitoring, and vendor management.
• Experience with property management software and operational process building.

• Experience across multiple international real estate markets.
