What you will do

• Lead the finance side of the ERP program from BRD through design, data migration, and cutover.
• Engineer and automate core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A) to eliminate manual effort and shorten the month-end close.
• Design the future-state finance operating model, including roles, controls, segregation of duties, and approval workflows.
• Deliver standardized dashboards and driver-based forecasting with a single source of truth.
• Manage the transformation roadmap and governance, reporting progress to leadership and the Audit & Risk Committee.
• Embed AI and automation opportunities into financial designs for anomaly detection, reconciliations, and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations.
• End-to-end leadership of an ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) as the finance lead.
• Deep expertise in process re-engineering and automation across O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A.
• Strong background in controllership and controls (SOX, ITGC, audit readiness).
• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Big 4 consulting transformation background.
• Must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, MVNO, SaaS, or marketplace revenue models.
• Familiarity with modern data/BI tooling such as dbt and BigQuery.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and M&A integration.
