What you will do

• Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, and bank reporting.
• Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, and bank reporting packages.
• Manage quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting for debt, liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures.
• Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate reporting and control activities with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate treasury or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with documentation-heavy processes.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Must be based in London
