What you will do

• Define and evolve a data-driven overarching social media strategy for the DACH market.
• Manage the paid media strategy across B2B and B2C channels, including budget allocation and ROI reporting.
• Build and scale a micro-influencer strategy to activate authentic voices and drive brand trust.
• Onboard and steer external agencies for performance marketing and social media.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Social Media Coordinator.
• Align social output with broader brand and e-commerce campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media marketing, ideally within FMCG or fast-paced brand environments.
• Proven track record in paid media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google) with hands-on campaign setup and tracking.
• Experience managing external agencies and conducting performance reviews.
• First leadership experience in coaching and developing junior team members.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic pivots and action.
• Must be based in Germany.
