What you will do

• Support Instagram and TikTok editorial calendars and local social media initiatives.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and emerging trends.
• Appear on camera and collaborate on filming, editing, and preparing social media content.
• Track social media KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and provide optimization insights.
• Monitor competitors, creators, and content formats to benchmark best practices.
• Coordinate product availability, external agencies, content partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field, with at least three completed semesters.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and beauty.
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, creators, and content formats.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera and creating engaging content.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta Business Manager.
