What you will do

• Drive regional marketing performance by tracking metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
• Execute local initiatives including influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong local messaging and asset quality.
• Plan and manage product go-to-market launches to ensure market impact.
• Develop deep market insights regarding customer needs and competitive dynamics.
• Advocate for Northern European market requirements in product and marketing strategy discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, growth, or brand marketing within fintech, SaaS, or B2B.
• Native level German proficiency is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Hands-on experience scaling influencer, affiliate, and partnership programs.
• Strong project management skills and ability to navigate matrix organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance marketing.

• Dutch language proficiency.
