What you will do

• Lead daily production floor operations, setting pace, priorities, and expectations for the team.
• Directly supervise, coach, and develop production team members to build capability and accountability.
• Manage daily production output focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and standardized work.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement automation, tooling enhancements, and process optimization.
• Ensure traceability and quality for complex electromechanical assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• 3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically with electromechanical or thermal/mechanical systems.
• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in lean manufacturing and root cause problem-solving methodologies.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
