What you will do

• Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to support all assembly line production.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.

• Maintain high standards of 5S and safety compliance across all production departments.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Technical expertise in production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Proficiency in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating operational problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with metal stamps, injection molds, and paint systems is preferred.
