What you will do

• Supervise plant operations and troubleshoot technical issues within production departments.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure manufacturing objectives are met timely and cost-effectively.
• Monitor and control production reports, budgets, and labor overtime through strategic planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to review production quality control and address issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team, including managing staffing needs and performance issues.
• Maintain shop floor organization, plant cleanliness, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Dulles, VA, US.
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing plant environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations leadership role.
• Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing practices, logistics, safety, and materials management.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing and Quality standards.
• High School diploma required.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in plastic cards, printing, bindery, or fulfillment industries.
