Chief of Staff (AI Neobank)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Thailand)

What you will do

• Drive strategic execution for AI Neobank priorities across products and markets.
• Establish and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, and finance.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies before they become critical blockers.
• Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong operational experience driving strategic execution across diverse teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in Thailand.
• Strong English communication skills required.
