Country Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote, based in Thailand

A global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform offering trading, payments, wealth management, custody, institutional services, and Web3 products.

What you will do

• Develop and execute localized business strategies to grow market presence in Thailand.
• Lead local operations, including customer support coordination, marketing initiatives, community engagement, and events.
• Drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market penetration through localized campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships with local institutions, media outlets, and crypto and fintech stakeholders.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance with legal and compliance teams, while monitoring market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Represent the brand in Thailand and neighboring markets, collaborate with global teams, and recruit and mentor the local team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or operations.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth technology companies is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Thailand’s financial, technology, or cryptocurrency ecosystem and familiarity with local digital finance regulations.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, independent working, and cross-border collaboration skills.
