What you will do

• Lead complex IT implementation projects in an e-commerce environment from planning through go-live and early operations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external implementation partners.
• Adapt project approaches based on whether customers are onboarded directly or via partner agencies.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates proactively, and maintain clear documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT or e-commerce implementation projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects successfully from initiation through go-live.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills when working with clients and product teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana.
• Fluent German and English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS implementation or onboarding projects.
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industries.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.org.
