Senior Project Manager - Project Delivery (E-commerce)

Location: Hamburg or Berlin, Germany

Salary: EUR 70,000–85,000 gross yearly

What you will do

• Lead complex IT implementation projects in an e-commerce environment from planning through go-live and early operations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and external implementation partners.
• Adapt delivery approaches for direct customer onboarding and partner-led implementations.
• Track progress, communicate updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Improve project delivery processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT or e-commerce implementation projects.
• Proven delivery experience from project initiation through go-live.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Independent experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English required. Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS implementation or onboarding projects.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum.org certification.
