What you will do

• Develop schedules, milestones, and project overviews for corporate architecture projects covering offices, exhibitions, retail spaces, and events.
• Manage planning and development processes across multiple project areas.
• Lead projects from kick-off through design and technical drawings, ensuring timely completion.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including timelines, budgets, and on-site logistics.
• Develop guidelines, toolboxes, reporting structures, and strategic processes for efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate communication across departments and with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in project planning or project management.
• German language skills at least at B2 level.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating project goals across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Corporate Development, or a related field.
