What you will do
- Lead end-to-end software development projects ensuring predictable delivery and business value.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients through transparent communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, analysts, and QA.
- Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with delivery standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for client meetings and documentation.
- Proven experience managing software development projects in an IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and modern delivery practices (Agile/Hybrid).
- Experience managing project financials, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading distributed or cross-functional engineering teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise clients in the DACH region.
- Background in Manufacturing, Retail, or Supply Chain industries.
- Experience delivering fixed-price or outcome-based engagements.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master).
