Project Manager (Software Delivery) (Manufacturing/Retail): Leading end-to-end software delivery engagements for enterprise clients across the DACH region with an accent on predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, financial control, and business value. Focus on managing project scope, budgets, risks, distributed teams, client partnerships, and delivery outcomes across complex software development projects.
Location: Germany; remote or office work available.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end software development projects for Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise clients across the DACH region.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, business analysts, QA specialists, delivery leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships through transparent communication and expectation management.
- Monitor forecasting, invoicing, profitability, and overall delivery health.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to pre-sales, estimation, planning, and engagement documentation.
Requirements
- Experience managing software development projects in an IT services or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with predictive, Agile, or hybrid project management approaches.
- Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, delivery governance, and quality assurance.
- Experience leading distributed or cross-functional engineering teams.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher German required for client meetings, communication, and project documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise clients in the DACH region.
- Background in Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or related industries.
- Experience delivering fixed-price or outcome-based engagements.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.
