Senior Agile Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing for defence, security, and public-sector customers.

What you will do

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and delivery across software and hardware product portfolios.
• Align product management strategy and roadmaps with engineering execution.
• Establish and improve scalable Agile and Lean planning, delivery, governance, integration, testing, and release models.
• Identify systemic impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies and drive their resolution with senior leaders.
• Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery teams on Agile leadership, prioritization, outcome-based planning, and decision-making.
• Track delivery health, flow, quality, predictability, and release performance to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience scaling Agile in organizations with 50+ developers and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Significant experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional software and hardware product teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and conflict-resolution skills, plus experience with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
