What you will do
- Translate the MES roadmap into delivery plans with defined outcomes, ownership, milestones, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Global IT, and external implementation partners.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and deliverables across multiple parallel MES workstreams.
- Monitor milestones, identify delivery challenges, remove obstacles, and escalate critical issues.
- Support the transition from process definition and system configuration through testing, implementation, and operational release.
- Lead structured communication, reporting, governance, risk reviews, and executive-level updates.
Requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in manufacturing, digitalization, MES, ERP, or enterprise system environments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk management skills.
- Experience aligning operational, technical, and management stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation challenges.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English is required. German language skills are beneficial.
