Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

What you will do

• Design AI-powered user interfaces, workflows, and interactions across desktop applications and collaboration tools.
• Create user-centered experiences for AI agents, copilots, assistants, and conversational interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate concepts and validate solutions.
• Partner with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine and improve AI interactions.
• Apply UX writing principles to create clear and engaging conversational interactions.
• Conduct user validation activities and usability testing to drive design iterations.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing AI-powered user interfaces and digital workflows.
• Background in creating agentic AI products, AI assistants, or conversational interfaces.
• Strong product design expertise with experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design platforms.
• Ability to build and demonstrate working prototypes rather than conceptual prompts.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Copilot Agents.
