What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX design for client applications, from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and final handoff.
• Utilize AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Claude, and Google Stitch to rapidly generate wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct AI-assisted user research to analyze interview transcripts and behavioral data for faster insight synthesis.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI pattern documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Champion AI-first design workflows and evaluate emerging tools to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven, daily hands-on experience using generative AI tools for prototyping, content generation, and research analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and its AI-powered plugins.
• Strong foundation in design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design methodologies.
• Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment managing multiple clients.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT, or prompt engineering for high-quality design outputs.
• Background in service design, information architecture, or UX strategy.
• Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, React) to facilitate developer collaboration.
