What you will do
- Conduct discovery workshops and user interviews to understand user needs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency.
- Create interactive prototypes and run usability testing sessions.
- Refine designs continuously based on data and user feedback.
- Implement accessibility standards and coordinate closely with the engineering team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Strong skills in visual design, typography, and composition.
- Proven experience in user research and usability testing.
- A portfolio of shipped SaaS or AI products.
- Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility best practices.
