What you will do

• Develop and improve test processes on industry-standard Tester and Handler Equipment (ATE).
• Manage maintenance and repair activities for equipment and relevant module components.
• Optimize equipment and processes for key performance indicators, including safety, quality, cost, and yield.
• Lead technology transfer to other sites through training and qualification audits.
• Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems for equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize Test Program interaction with Electrical and Thermomechanical hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, AI, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or KiCad.
• Strong understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221/610) and schematic design.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python, C#, C++, and SQL/Pandas.
• Experience building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Willingness to work onsite in a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Real-world AI delivery experience, especially with manufacturing data (MES/SPC).
• Proficiency with Teradyne Flex, Advantest V93K, or HonPrec Handlers.
• Experience in developing Test Programs with deep hardware interaction.
