What you will do

• Monitor and analyze key process performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Solve process-related problems to maintain safety, product quality, and production stability.
• Analyze production losses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure smooth production line operations.
• Manage shopfloor activities in compliance with safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WCM tools and problem-solving methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid foundation in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Experience in Maintenance or Quality is preferred.
