Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Process Engineer (Manufacturing): Designing and optimizing production processes for new hirify.global platforms, products, equipment, and packaging materials with an accent on quality, productivity, simplification, and safe working conditions. Focus on introducing new manufacturing lines and technologies, validating processes, standardizing equipment, and leading cross-functional workshops through production handover.

Location: Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, Vietnam. The role follows a hybrid work policy with an average of 3 days per week at the assigned workplace. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Design new and optimize existing production processes from platform introduction through handover to Production.
• Respond to shop-floor process escalations involving novelties and equipment, and share solutions globally.
• Collect production input on new equipment, processes, and products and assess implementation feasibility.
• Support equipment standardization and maintain technology standards across platforms.
• Test new packaging materials and products connected to R&D projects, including novelty and dual-source validation.
• Lead teams, workshops, and meetings to deliver complex test and improvement results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in automated or industrial manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of quality principles and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Understanding of safety and ergonomic requirements, including machine safety directives and workplace safety standards.
• Strong oral and written English proficiency, along with strong MS Office skills and cross-functional communication abilities.
