What you will do
- Manage Injection Molding and Extrusion projects for new products, materials, and process modifications.
- Define process parameters, perform feasibility tests, and execute DoE for new molds.
- Execute FAT and SAT for production equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle change control activities and assess risks using tools like PFMEA.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with global teams to share best practices and resolve process challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Injection Molding and/or Extrusion manufacturing.
- English proficiency required for technical communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Validation is preferred.
