Factory Manager (Nuts)

Location: Bien Hoa, Vietnam; onsite factory operations across two plants

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across two plants and align production schedules with business targets.
• Monitor manufacturing efficiency, administration, compliance, inventory, distribution, and workforce performance against company standards.
• Enforce health, safety, regulatory, food safety, certification, and customer specification requirements.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, resources, and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Lead operational and capital expenditure deployment, continuous improvement, and end-to-end projects.
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams while reporting plant performance to senior management.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in food manufacturing, including at least 5 years leading factory operations as a factory manager.
• Experience in ready-to-eat manufacturing is essential.
• Degree in food technology, production technology, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of operational management, quality assurance, safety compliance, cost control, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, systematic thinking, and process orientation.
• Strong people management, relationship management, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
