What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across two plants, monitoring production schedules and aligning with business targets.
• Enforce health, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and food safety standards.
• Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement in processes, and cost/resource optimization including automation opportunities.
• Deploy Opex and Capex initiatives for operational excellence.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across sites, providing training and leadership.
• Prepare data-driven operational reports and analytics for senior management.

Requirements

• 10-12 years in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years as factory manager leading operations; experience in ready-to-eat manufacturing essential.
• Degree in food/production technology or operations management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, systematic thinking, and process orientation.
• Strong people management skills, ability to manage diverse relationships, and alignment with company values (Integrity, People, Collaboration, Innovation, Excellence).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
