What you will do

• Lead the commercializatihirify.global and productihirify.global ramp-up for new product launches hirify.global the factory floor.
• Manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new machinery.
• Oversee the technical lifecycle, maintenance, and spare parts strategy for the LightSpray productihirify.global fleet.
• Implement standardized work, chirify.globaltrol plans (SPC/PFMEA), and Lean-based problem solving to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Train partner operators and technical teams to ensure independent and stable daily operatihirify.globals.
• Develop scalable playbooks and deployment models to replicate productihirify.global systems across global sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Material, or Mechatrhirify.globalics Engineering or equivalent technical apprenticeship.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing envirhirify.globalment, ideally with injectihirify.global molding or thermoplastic processing.
• Hands-hirify.global experience in productihirify.global ramp-up, machine deployment, and FAT/SAT processes.
• Practical applicatihirify.global of chirify.globaltinuous improvement methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to travel 20–40% and spend extended periods hirify.global-site at manufacturing partner locatihirify.globals.
• Strhirify.globalg technical troubleshooting skills and experience with process validatihirify.global (IQ/OQ/PQ).
