What you will do

• Define and own headcount, hiring, and capacity planning frameworks for Consumer Group operations.
• Identify and mitigate capacity risks across multiple initiatives, managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Develop and standardize KPI frameworks and reporting infrastructure to support VP-level goals.
• Partner with technology teams to implement planning tools, data enhancements, and automation.
• Conduct operational impact assessments for new product, skill, and channel launches.
• Build E2E resource and delivery plans using historical trends and demand forecasts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or labor modeling.
• Experience in program or project management leading cross-functional delivery in ambiguous environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SQL.
• Working knowledge of big data tools such as Redshift, Spark and BI platforms like Tableau or Qlik.
• Proven ability to model complex capacity scenarios and communicate findings to senior leadership.
