People Analytics Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week.

Base salary: $145,600–$218,400 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead people analytics projects supporting talent acquisition, retention, performance, engagement, and broader HR strategy.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations, including Workday reporting.
• Apply statistical and experimental methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis to evaluate HR programs.
• Integrate data from Workday, survey platforms, learning systems, and other sources to create holistic workforce insights.
• Translate complex data into narratives that influence HR and business decisions.
• Advise HR leaders, support organizational change, and recommend emerging people analytics and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience building AI capabilities, ideally AI agents and solutions for Human Resources.
• Expertise in HR data, analytics methodologies, Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
• Understanding of talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and employee experience.
• Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and use employee data ethically.
