• Build scalable AI capabilities and agents specifically for Human Resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA (Hybrid or On-Site).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or related roles.
• Proven experience building AI capabilities, including HR AI agents.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
