Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Based in Singapore (with relocation opportunity) or San Francisco

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the Direct Issuing product within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Build and scale products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains.
• Drive end-to-end product ownership, transforming zero-to-one ideas into functional products.
• Engage deeply with technical stakeholders to drive clarity and execution for development teams.
• Represent the company in high-stakes, enterprise client-facing situations.

Requirements

• Must have direct, hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience.
• Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces or enterprise software.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Singapore or be located in San Francisco.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to be confident and well-spoken in client-facing roles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Startup experience, particularly in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure.
• Previous experience as a Startup Founder.
• Background in Software Engineering transitioning into Product Management.
