Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; focus on expansion across Asia and the Middle East.

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for money-movement solutions and country expansion.
• Turn market opportunities and merchant needs into product requirements, leading products and features from discovery through launch.
• Work directly with merchants and Commercial teams to understand workflows, regulatory realities, and business economics.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams.
• Translate strategy into execution by defining scope, removing blockers, making trade-offs, and measuring adoption, revenue, and operational performance.
• Own an outcome-driven roadmap across concurrent regional and shared-capability initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven success building and scaling complex products with measurable business impact across multiple teams or markets.
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or complex B2B environments.
• Ability to own opportunities independently from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
• Strong strategic judgment, tactical execution, stakeholder influence, and business acumen.
• Experience building business cases, evaluating revenue potential and unit economics, and prioritizing investments.
• Fluent written and spoken English, including the ability to lead merchant discussions and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience launching products or entering markets in SEA, MENA, or other regions, including local payment rails, schemes, and partners.
• Knowledge of treasury management systems, liquidity optimization, cross-border money movement, and FX solutions.
• Experience working with central-bank regulations, tax requirements, and related compliance frameworks.
