What you will do

• Support product managers and product owners in gathering, organizing, and documenting business and customer requirements.
• Research customer feedback, market trends, product performance, and competitive insights.
• Assist with backlog management, user story documentation, and feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to support product delivery.
• Help test, validate, and monitor new features against business requirements and user expectations.
• Participate in a two-year university program with team projects, professional development seminars, community service, and AI-enabled learning sprints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, product management, marketing, business analytics, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available.
