Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Owning the vision, strategy, and execution for the Billing product area, which serves as the financial engine of the business with an accent on international tax compliance and AI-powered invoice data extraction. Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hub required

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Billing product area within the Spend ecosystem.
- Lead execution using customer feedback, data, market research, and AI opportunities.
- Build scalable billing capabilities covering international tax compliance, invoice data extraction, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Develop intuitive experiences for employees and finance teams managing expenses, cards, and invoices.
- Prototype rapidly with tools such as Claude, Cursor, and other AI-enabled development environments.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams of engineers and designers through servant leadership.
Requirements
- Significant Product Manager experience in a technology company.
- Working knowledge of accounting reconciliation and finance operations.
- Strong customer empathy, design thinking, and understanding of the full expense-to-ERP lifecycle.
- Ability to make data-driven product decisions and evaluate prioritization trade-offs.
- Experience leading and influencing engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- English is the official office language; application materials must be submitted in English.
Nice to have
- Experience working on tax products.
- Background in development, design, or business roles.
- Hands-on AI building, prototyping, or side-project experience.
- Experience with Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, Figma, and Git.
