What you will do

• Design and implement efficient plant layouts using AutoCAD and simulation tools to optimize workflow and material handling.
• Lead layout redesign projects for new product introductions, line expansions, or process improvements.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and reduce operational waste.
• Manage facility projects, including machine installation and production area reconfiguration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to track project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (licensed engineer preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in facility processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in project management and executing factory layout optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and digital factory tools.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000 standards.
• Good English proficiency.
