What you will do

• Ensure project adherence to BCAMX, QCM, and Change Control Board processes.
• Act as a liaison between global business groups, QA, management, and local operations.
• Manage project deliverables including RACI, DFM, Release Checklists, and Qualification Reports.
• Deploy process and product changes into production lines and monitor safe launches.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams on yield improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers to ensure manufacturability and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAS JMP, or Minitab.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in 6 Sigma methodology.
