What you will do

• Deploy and maintain BG MOS Final Test capabilities and best practices across all BE locations.
• Drive and recommend RTP for new products and test equipment.
• Identify Safe Launch requirements to ensure smooth volume ramp-up.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and package development, including test setup, sockets, and contacts.
• Implement advanced measurement test methods and equipment on the production line.
• Optimize testing to protect Final Test Yield and increase line capacity.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, ME) or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in a semiconductor company within Final Test or related support groups.
• Background in power semiconductor devices, specifically Power MOSFET and Bipolar testing.
• Experience in qualifying testers, test handlers, and test contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Exensio, Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, or Statistica.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
