What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for all operational activities, ensuring alignment with Aircraft Group and regional business objectives.
• Oversee manufacturing, plant engineering, and support functions to achieve targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Service.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation strategies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
• Lead site-level Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) to ensure alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
• Champion a strong Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive operations leadership experience in a medium- to large-scale manufacturing environment.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership position with proven results in business and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing requirements, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Practical application of ERP/MRP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Baguio City, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or an MBA.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as medical devices, nuclear, or automotive.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP).
• Asia-Pacific regional leadership experience.
