What you will do

• Provide 24/7 line support for assembly process issues to ensure continuous operation.
• Monitor daily KPIs and dashboards to maintain performance visibility and stability.
• Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and technical simulations for line and customer issues.
• Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish robust process controls and firewalls.
• Characterize new processes or material changes and implement corresponding controls.
• Develop engineering solutions to increase capacity and drive alternate source material qualification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with knowledge of semiconductor processes and/or material science.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process engineering, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Proven experience in Mold processes, including characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, MRAT, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
• Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills for collaborating across diverse teams.
