What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve QMS, EMS, and OH&S management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Lead QA and QC activities, ensuring product quality and managing CAPA processes for customer complaints.
• Direct workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and the implementation of emergency response plans.
• Monitor environmental impacts, including waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and certification requirements and manage external audits.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QHSE team to foster a culture of accountability and quality excellence.

Requirements

• Expertise in developing and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Proven experience in leadership and people management within a QHSE context.
• Strong background in regulatory reporting, auditing, and compliance governance.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Laguna, PH
