What you will do

• Set and execute regional financial targets and strategic air freight objectives.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the country P&L, including revenue, COGS, and operating expenses.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, including negotiations with airlines and service providers.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define requirements and improve service capabilities.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing regional air freight team.
• Collaborate with sales and demand teams to drive go-to-market strategies and pricing models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, airline operations, or logistics.
• Proven expertise in procurement and airline relationships within the Taiwan market.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, diverse teams and organizational transformations.
• Deep understanding of freight forwarding market processes and P&L management.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
