TL;DR
Sales Manager (Healthcare): Lead go-to-market efforts for US healthcare and life sciences by managing partner relationships and direct sales with EHR implementation firms and healthcare IT consultancies. With an accent on building strategic accounts and transactional co-sell deals. Focus on developing business cases, managing named accounts, and driving pipeline and revenue targets in a complex healthcare environment.

Location: Boston, US

Salary: $190,000–$300,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and equity.

Company

hirify.global is a software adoption platform combining Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance for regulated industries, including healthcare organizations in the US and Europe.

What you will do

  • Own named US healthcare and life sciences accounts from first contact through signed contract.
  • Build and manage partner relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and technology partners.
  • Manage both transactional co-sell opportunities and large, multi-stakeholder strategic deals.
  • Develop business cases for health system and pharmaceutical leadership around clinician time saved, reduced training burden, ticket deflection, and lower go-live risk.
  • Develop pipeline, carry a revenue target, and attend healthcare IT and life sciences events.
  • Document successful sales approaches and turn them into repeatable playbooks for the US market.

Requirements

  • Partner or channel co-sell experience in US healthcare, including transactional and strategic deals.
  • Knowledge of the EHR landscape, integrated delivery network structures, and basic HIPAA and HITRUST requirements.
  • Credibility with clinical and IT buyers and experience selling recurring-revenue software or outcome-based licenses.
  • Experience carrying a sales quota at a small or lean company and generating demand with limited marketing or sales development support.
  • Ability to work with a European headquarters across time zones and use AI and automation for prospecting, forecasting, and partner enablement.
  • Strong ownership, communication, and market-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Life sciences experience, including familiarity with GxP, validation, and pharmaceutical quality buyers.
  • Relationships within the Veeva ecosystem, with strategic healthcare accounts, EHR implementation firms, or healthcare IT consultancies.
  • Experience speaking at healthcare or life sciences industry events.
  • Potential to build and lead a small team within 18 months.

Culture & Benefits

  • US-market base salary with uncapped commission and equity in a pre-exit scale-up.
  • More vacation time than is typical for US sales roles.
  • Benefits covering savings, security, health, well-being, and lifestyle.
  • Ownership of a new market with the possibility of growing into a team lead role.
  • Weekly 1:1s, skills assessment, development planning, coaching, and a budget for events and training.
  • Product deployment typically takes about two weeks.
