Product Success Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations T0 (AI)

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, test, and tune AI financial agents for customer-specific accounting policies, account structures, and data pipelines.
• Work directly with founders, accountants, and Controllers to translate complex financial logic into automated workflows.
• Run evidence-based onboarding experiments and create scalable playbooks that improve time to value across customer segments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs in product workflows and deployment processes.
• Track usage and platform health, mitigate adoption risks, identify expansion opportunities, and drive long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Strong accounting or finance background with knowledge of revenue recognition and ASC 606.
• Understanding of modern ERPs and the ability to communicate effectively with both Controllers and engineering teams about data and APIs.
• Experience in customer success, implementations, technical account management, product operations, or a related customer-facing function.
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing complex stakeholders and aggressive delivery timelines.
• Ability to prompt, configure, and optimize autonomous AI systems for deterministic and complex financial rules.
• Ability to independently use analytics platforms to interpret onboarding data, platform health, and user behavior.

Nice to have

• CPA license.
• Significant auditing experience, including Big Four experience, or experience managing revenue and accounting.
