Manager, Product Success (AI)

Location: Denver area, hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base salary annually plus equity

What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-caliber team of Product Advisors.
• Drive product utilization, initial activation, and value realization for SMB customers.
• Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven customer engagement strategies and playbooks.
• Build scalable programs for onboarding, product education, configuration improvement, and deeper adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Implementation on expansion, UX, onboarding, and training initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in scale customer success, implementation, activation, or a similar function.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience building and managing a team.
• Experience with onboarding, implementation, product activation, value realization, and customer engagement.
• Creative, systematic, proactive, and data-driven approach to identifying trends and scaling workstreams.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Strong interest in AI and its impact on wealth management and financial services.

• Experience in a wealthtech or fintech company, or in a financial services firm.
